Usage Directions:
1. Rinse the Biological Filter Media thoroughly under cool water to remove any loose particles.
2. Place the media in your filtration system, such as a filter chamber, mesh bag, or designated media compartment.
3. For optimal results, position the media in a way that allows water to flow through it evenly.
4. Allow a brief period for the beneficial bacteria to colonize the media, typically around 2 to 4 weeks.
5. Monitor water quality parameters during this colonization period to ensure a balanced environment for your aquatic inhabitants.
6. Avoid excessive disturbance of the media during routine maintenance to preserve the established bacterial colonies.
